Q. How can I have my details removed from the Awards Online website?
A. You can un-subscribe as a member of this site by sending an e-mail to customerservices@awardsonline.co.uk entering the word unsubscribe in the subject heading, providing the e-mail address to which the unsubscribe request relates. You also have the option to unsubscribe from further e-mails and e-mail newsletters by clicking on the respective unsubscribe link when you receive them.
Q. How do I change and update my membership login details held on the Awards Online website?
A. You can update and amend your membership details at anytime by clicking login, and choosing "manage my account" from the login menu.
